RDX TECHNOLOGIES NZ LTD (“the Company”) warrants the XM203 B.O.S.S. Unit (“the Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase (“the Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  2. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Product.
  3. Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions provided with the Product.
  4. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
  5. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flood, or lightning.

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Notify the RDX TECHNOLOGIES NZ LTD of the alleged defect within the Warranty Period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, showing the date of purchase.
    • A registered email address as part of this registration and warranty process
  3. Return the defective Product to the Company, along with a written description of the alleged defect.

The Company reserves the right to inspect the returned Product to verify the defect before proceeding with any repairs or replacements. If the Product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, the Company will cover the cost of shipping for the repaired or replacement Product.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will not extend the original Warranty Period.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
